Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Infloria, users agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and any additional policies or guidelines referenced by the platform.

These terms are placeholder content for product and legal review purposes. They should not be treated as final legal language until approved by counsel.

Eligibility and Accounts

Users must be legally able to enter into binding agreements and must provide accurate registration information when creating a creator or business account.

Creator accounts are intended for influencers, creators, or talent managing their public creator presence. Business accounts are intended for brands, marketing teams, or other organizations using Infloria to discover creators and manage campaign activity.

Creator Accounts and Business Accounts

Creators are responsible for maintaining their profile, visibility settings, connected platform accounts, and submitted audience or collaboration details.

Business users are responsible for keeping account, contact, and organization information current and for using the platform only for legitimate business purposes.

User Responsibilities

  • Provide accurate and complete account information
  • Maintain the confidentiality of login credentials
  • Use the platform in compliance with applicable laws and third-party platform rules
  • Avoid unauthorized access, scraping, abuse, or interference with platform operations
  • Promptly update outdated or inaccurate information

Profile and Platform Statistics Accuracy

Infloria may display creator-provided or connected social or platform data, including handles, audience sizes, views, and engagement metrics.

Creators are responsible for ensuring their submitted profile details and statistics are accurate, current, and not misleading, whether they are entered manually or synced through connected platform integrations.

User-Generated Content

Users may submit biographies, profile information, images, descriptions, links, campaign information, or other content to the platform.

Users remain responsible for ensuring that their content does not infringe the rights of others and may grant Infloria the rights reasonably necessary to host, display, and process that content for operating the service.

Prohibited Activities

  • Misrepresenting identity, affiliation, audience size, or performance statistics
  • Using the service for unlawful, deceptive, fraudulent, or abusive purposes
  • Uploading harmful code, attempting to bypass security, or disrupting service availability
  • Harvesting data, scraping protected content, or reverse engineering restricted parts of the platform except where permitted by law
  • Violating third-party platform terms or using connected accounts without authorization

Third-Party Social Platforms

Infloria may integrate with third-party social, video, or content platforms. Those services operate independently and may change, restrict, suspend, or discontinue API access or account permissions at any time.

Infloria is not responsible for the availability, performance, or policies of third-party platforms and does not guarantee uninterrupted access to connected social data.

Suspension and Termination

Infloria may suspend, restrict, or terminate access where it reasonably believes a user has violated these terms, created risk for the platform or others, or engaged in misleading, abusive, or unlawful behavior.

Users may also stop using the platform at any time, subject to any surviving obligations, recordkeeping, or legal requirements that still apply.

Intellectual Property

Infloria and its related branding, software, design, content, and platform materials remain the property of Infloria or its licensors unless otherwise stated.

Except as expressly permitted, users may not copy, redistribute, modify, license, or commercially exploit protected platform materials without prior written permission.

Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

Infloria may be provided on an as available and as is basis, subject to applicable law. No guarantee is made that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for any particular campaign, business result, or creator outcome.

To the extent permitted by law, Infloria disclaims implied warranties and limits liability for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. These limitations should be reviewed and finalized by counsel for the intended launch jurisdictions.

Changes to Terms and Contact Information

Infloria may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes become effective may constitute acceptance of the revised terms.
